Commiserations to Willie Macmillan and Stewart Allan, both of whom played outstanding golf and helped shape two great finals.
👏 Notable Highlights:
One of the moments of the week came from 12-year-old Harris Copeland, who reached the quarterfinals of the Gents Club Championship. His skill, maturity, and determination captured the hearts of everyone watching and signalled a bright future ahead for our Junior Section.
🙏 A Big Thank You:
To everyone who helped make the week such a success:
- Organisers, scorers, and behind-the-scenes heroes
- Those who provided fruit, water, flags, and setup touches that added real occasion
- And of course, Stuart and the greenkeeping team, who presented the course in immaculate condition – it both looked and played brilliantly all week
To all players, supporters, and volunteers – thank you for making Championship Week 2025 one to remember. Here’s to an even bigger and better event in 2026!
