Solheim Cup

After a thrilling 14-14 tie with Team USA at Finca Cortesin, Team Europe continued their unbroken run in the Solheim Cup and kept the title. Suzann Pettersen and Stacy Lewis will both serve as captains again for the 2024 match.

When Stacy Lewis' American team pulled 13-11 ahead with only four matches remaining on the course, Europe's great start to the final day fell apart. However, Caroline Hedwall, Maja Stark, and local favourite Carlota Ciganda came through and salvaged the first 14-14 tie in the tournament's history.
