Arnold Palmer Invitational: Scottie Scheffler clinches
second PGA Tour title
His final-day round of 72 secured victory at Bay Hill,
following his victory at the Phoenix Open last month. Scheffler, who is
projected to rise to No. 5 in the Official World Golf Rankings, stated:
"It feels great, especially to win on such a difficult
golf course and the way it finished,"
"I didn't play my best stuff, I just kept grinding and
made some key putts down the stretch, and it was really just a fight all day.
"I'm really proud of how I stayed patient, Teddy
[Scott, Scheffler's caddie] did a good job of trying to keep me in it and it
was a good result."
