Ludvig Aberg may be one of Luke Donald's six captain's choices on today. Matt Fitzpatrick's tied-third position ensures the Englishman a Ryder Cup spot via the World Points List, while Robert MacIntyre secures automatic qualification slot on the European Points List.

A spectacular back-nine birdie charge by the Swedish sensation, who only turned professional last summer, saw him pull away from Matt Fitzpatrick and win by two shots at Crans-sur-Sierre.

Aberg improved after bogeying his first hole to shoot seven birdies in a final-round 64, including four straight from the 14th, to finish on 19 under and raise his chances of being chosen as one of Luke Donald's Ryder Cup captain's choices.
