Bonnyton Golf Club was proud to support another outstanding Doing it for Daniel Golf Day, held at Turnberry on Wednesday.
The Texas Scramble event was once again a tremendous success, with the final fundraising total expected to be around £40,000.
This continues the remarkable fundraising work carried out in memory of Daniel. Across the three Doing it for Daniel Golf Days held so far, the total raised now stands at approximately £126,000, following previous events which raised £53,000 and £33,000 respectively.
The event, which is held every two years, brought together golfers, friends, supporters and sponsors for a fantastic day at one of Scotland’s most iconic venues.
Congratulations go to the winning team of Jay, Joe, Ali and Matt, who took the honours on the day.
Everyone connected with Bonnyton Golf Club would like to thank all those who took part, donated, sponsored, organised and supported the event. Raising around £40,000 is a superb achievement and a real credit to everyone involved.
Well done to the winners and thank you to everyone who supported both events.
