Ryan Fox beats Tyrrell Hatton and Aaron Rai at the 18th hole of the BMW PGA Championship at Wentworth
Fox won in a dramatic one-shot victory thanks to an outstanding back-nine effort.
The early storyline leading up to the final round suggested that Ludvig Aberg may have continued to look like the next big thing, but even after Rory McIlroy's Sunday assault, it appeared as though Tyrrell Hatton would win easily.
But after a glove slipping in the wet for Hatton, the championship was ultimately won by New Zealander Fox, who had appeared to be out of the tournament following a triple-bogey at the third. Hatton had previously birdied the same hole just moments before.
