Code of Conduct
The following guidelines are intended to provide Members and non-members
with a common-sense approach to conducting themselves while using Club facilities.
For the vast majority of of Members and visitors, these rules cause no
problems - they are simply good manners applied to a golf club.
ON THE COURSE
- Play should be continuous and without delay
- Do not play until the match in front is out of range
- Players searching for a ball should signal the game behind
to play through as soon as it becomes apparent that the ball
will not be easily found
- Before leaving a bunker, players should carefully fill up all
holes
- All divots must be carefully replaced and any damage to the
putting green made by a ball or the player should be carefully
repaired
- When play at a hole is complete, players should immediately
leave the green
- A single player has no standing on the course
- Players playing a whole round are entitled to pass players
playing a shorter round
-
If a match fails to keep its place on the Course and loses more than one clear hole on the game in front, it should allow the match following to play through
- As a courtesy, competition games should be allowed to play
through
- No starting allowed at the 10th. hole unless the 8th. and 9th. holes
are free of players
- Veterans may tee-off on the 10th. up to 8.30pm on competition Sundays

for the visitor's conduct

parks
